We provide complete boiler and pressure vessel welding services, refractory services and burner services either by our own skilled craftsmen or our closely held subcontractors. All of our services are available at our shop or at the customer job site. All work is over seen by a senior member of our company staff from start to finish so that the quality of products and services are assured to meet the highest standards.
1)Installation Boiler and Pressure Vessel Installation
We provide inspection of boilers and pressure vessels as part of our repair, alteration and manufacturing process.
Our in house inspectors may examine various aspects of these processes and recommend solutions to our engineering department for implementation.
As required we have under contract third party inspection services to over site all aspects of these services.
2) Parts
Parts for High Pressure Steam and High Temperature Hot Water Boilers
Parts for high pressure boilers are manufactured under authorization of our ASME Code Symbol "S" and stamped accordingly.
These parts can range from simple piping up to complex tube parts. Some parts may be made for others to install or require our Code Certified welders and mechanics to do the installation.
Parts for Low Pressure Steam and Hot Water Boilers
Parts for low pressure boilers are manufactured under authorization of our National Board Certificate to use the "R" Symbol.
These parts are primarily used for repairs to low pressure boilers. The parts can range from simple piping up to complex replacement sections of boilers.
These parts are installed by our code certified welders and mechanics.
3) Repairs
Repairs and or Alterations to High Pressure Boilers
Repairs or alterations to high pressure steam and high temperature hot water boilers are performed at our shop or in the field under authorization to use the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors "R" Symbol.
We are at home working on water tube or fire tube boilers.
Tube replacement, casing replacement, crack repairs, and patching of the vessel are some of the common projects that are undertaken every day.

Repairs or alterations to low pressure steam and hot water heating boilers are performed at our shop or in the field under authorization to use the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors "R" Symbol.
We are at home working on water tube or fire tube boilers.

4) Piping
Process Piping for General Building Service
Process piping which does not fall with in the requirements of ASME Section I is designed fabricated and installed in accordance with ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code.
These projects may be done in our shop or at field locations or a combination of both.
Code Required Certified Piping for High Pressure Boilers
Code piping for high pressure boilers as required by Section I Power Boilers of the ASME Code is manufactured and installed using the standards set forth in ASME Section B31.1 Power Piping Code.
These projects may be done in our shop or at field locations or a combination of both.
5) Inspections
